I second the recommendation. Limor is just great. Is she still doing her 
weekly live podcasts?
it's an "Ask an Engineer" show where folks can ask questions and she is 
great about
helping newcomers get bitten with the electron bug.  she is a real 
engineer, too - MIT EE.
