source for ultracaps

i need several ultracaps to replace those
in our Davis weather stations. they need
to be 2.7V at 20-50 Farads, vertical mount
two-lead axial.  there are various sources
for them (incl. ebay and digikey, of course)
but the prices i've seen strike me as high
compared to prices i vaguely remember seeing
in the last year wandering the surplus sites.
of course i cannot remember where i saw them. sigh

if anyone has a favorite online source for
such things, please lemme know.
