Need help with an Astron mechanical part

Guys,
Anybody have a spare 'Volt' meter for a big Astron PSU?
Got one here with a dead meter movement (0 to 15V).
The balance spring is broken, not something that can be fixed.

The opening on the front panel is 1.65 tall and 2.85 wide


Would like to keep this thing as close to stock as possible.

I can take photos if you need them.
