Um, it isn't the interference to the ham bands that is the issue.
It is the fact that if Light Squared goes full blast on their
satellite bands on terrestrial transmitters, GPS receivers will no
longer work.
This is kind of important.
Who cares about the ham bands if the GPS in your car stops working?
