Heya John,

Maybe you're responding to a different email than the one I read?  The
roots of the problem that Mike is griping about go back almost a
quarter century and have nothing to do with any particular individual
or administration.

The only way out of the woods is to get the lawyers out of the
Commission and go back to having the decision processes driven by
engineers (and physicists) rather than deal-men.

I do not hold out much hope for this happening.

Meanwhile, I hope your next flight lands OK rather than being the
victim of a teenager's YouTube download.
