   You're quite generous, Chip. Be careful though, next thing you know 
they'll not only expect free electricity during an outage but may 
eventually come to demand it as their neighborly right. =-O
If you charge the actual cost to produce it you may be prosecuted for 
price gauging in an emergency. That's our new collective social 
redistribution system at work.
