George A Philbrick Op Amp Applications Manual

Many of us became familiar with op amps with GAPhilbrick literature. 
Here is a 1965 Application Manual that was a good starting point for me. 
  I still have my original copy.

For those who do not, here it is put up by Analog Devices for all to 
enjoy and perhaps learn.
