Don't mince words, Mike. Tell'em what you really think. ;-) Just as
with Sandy and previous storms, what this report confirms is that during
and following a crisis we always have been and most likely will remain,
/on our own/. We better get used to it and make preparations as best we
can for whatever might happen. Our forefathers and the Boy Scouts have
always advised preparedness. Fortune seldom favors complacency.
