Sorry Joe, I had the auto-translator system engaged. Actually, my preference is for some Motorola silicon NPN transistors with a custom number which I got a few years back at £1 for 200 devices.

Gaseous-state electronics is all very well, but it's a bit expensive in AA battery holders…
