Well... NO -
This is NOT Rx only - we Hams transmit back to them in our Ham Bands
(which is where they will listening for us in what will seem to them as
a "Crossband" environment ).
1. The military stations are not allowed to transmit in our Ham Bands.
2. We Hams are not allowed to transmit in their Military Bands.
