  Thanks, Bill. I assembled a Windsurfer reflector in less than 10 
minutes and it brought my signal up from a dithering 3-4 bars to a solid 5.
An effective and very inexpensive solution. :-) :-) :-) :-) :-)

Guess I'm now being more intensely irradiated but what the hay, Me 
worry? Naw! I'll just wear my aluminum beanie. 8-)
