Good morning, VWS Members--

At the Board of Directors meeting last night, there was a discussion of
projects that could encourage technical development of our avocation.  One
project mentioned was a balloon flight with the goal of sending "real time"
pictures using Amateur Television (ATV).   If you are interested in
contributing to this project, please contact me.
