fios vs comcast

I have Fios in Vienna, Va no IP6. Speedtest.net shows 25 Mb down and 
5 Mb up I am not paying for that fast so things are good. No servers 
is boiler plate for most ISPs. Cant help on the TV I only have an old 
std def TV.
