Funny thing!  When you are basically broke and have to sequester to save a
buck or two, the Government / Military can always come up with a big money
saving program.  Ever since Home Land Security (a.k.a. in German ... The
Gestapo) was formed our leaders have become exceptionally paranoid and at
the same time have figured out more projects to spend big bucks on.  Before
you know it, the USA will be using the same tactic that Detroit is using to
get out from the trillions of debt.
