Bill,

  Registration, downloads, updated software, etc. - none of it is 
required to view programs. The site is a mine field of popups and other 
assorted obstacles one must navigate past but it isn't too difficult. 
Sort of like a video game maze. If you wish assistance I can walk you 
through the process by phone while we're both looking at the site.
