Safety disclaimer

Dear fellow AMRADERs

I have just taken delivery of a piece of electronic equipment from Germany, and the safety instructions contain the following, most excellent disclaimer:

"This device may be used only by persons with sufficient physical, sensorial, and intellectual abilities and having corresponding knowledge and experience."

I would like to suggest that we promote this disclaimer (replace the words "device" and "used" with any other noun and verb of your choice) in as many appropriate situations as we can find, e.g. "This book may be read only by persons with sufficient physical, sensorial, and intellectual abilities and having corresponding knowledge and experience." "This discussion may be entered only by …". "This opinion may be held ..." etc.
