Odds-on terrorists will have them by Christmas. Even really low-quality terrorists. Of course, battery lifetime will limit the kill rate. Or is it solar-powered?

Be afraid. Remember, this threat was brought to your door (or maybe half-a-mile away) by technology and the free market.
