Until you look carefully at the specs...
minimum frequency span of 1MHz, minimum RBW of 50kHz.  Pretty worthless for narrow-band communications work.
It looks like a repackaged dongle, like the Funcube Pro+, or whatever that’s being called this week.  Since it does HF, it’s more than a $15 DVB RTL dongle at least.

You are paying for the software, not the hardware.
