Setting up Mesh Node

I recently came across a used 54G V3.0 router. I was able to upgrade it 
but while it was upgrading there was a power blip. I can not log into it 
so I don't think it fully initialized. Is there a way to re-download the 
firmware or make it re-initialize, or even make it restart with factory 
settings?

I was able to access it via the 4 port router. Entered 192.168.1.1 . It 
came back and asked for user/pass. The Http screen came up, went to 
Administration, Firmware, selected the .bin file on the computer, and 
clicked upgrade. It came back with upgrade completed about a minute 
later. Then the house power blipped. I re-initialized the IP port on the 
computer, move the IP cable to the LAN input, entered 
Http://localnode:8080/ and nothing happened.
