Good luck with that.

FCC Rule 73.1570 includes minimum permitted modulation level (generally 
not less than 85%).

Rule 73.1740 provides the minimum permitted operating schedule. AM 
stations must operate at least two-thirds of the total hours they are 
authorized.

Rule 73.1350 basically requires that transmissions not compliant with 
the applicable technical rules must be terminated within three hours.
