Notice of Annual Meeting

The annual business meeting of the Amateur Radio Research and Development
Corporation (AMRAD) will be held on December 12, 2013 at 7:30pm in the
Dolley Madison Library, McLean, Virginia. This will be an opportunity for
Members, Officers and Board Members to report on technical projects and to
discuss plans for 2014. 

Elections for three of the five AMRAD Director positions and two Alternates
will be held at the meeting. Directors whose terms are expiring are: 

·         Bill Fenn, N4TS; 

·         Frank Gentges, KØBRA; and 

·         Paul Rinaldo, W4RI. 

Incumbent Alternates:

·         Terry Fox, WB4JFI, and

·         Paul Mooney, K4KRE. 

Nominations may be made to Secretary Karl Berger, w4krl at arrl.net, up until
the beginning of the December meeting. 

Those three receiving the most votes will become Directors for 2014 and
2015. Those receiving the next two numbers of votes will become Alternates
for 2014. 

After the end of the business meeting Andre’ Kesteloot, N4ICK, will make a
brief presentation of a spread spectrum transmitter module he is developing
with the Arduino UNO.
