FOX News: FCC announces plans to upgrade century-old phone system

Ha! The last time I had to use a rotary dial phone was 20 years ago in Greece. I couldn't do it - apart from the fact that the dial was displaced so that the holes fell between the printed numbers, I had almost completely lost the necessary wrist action. It was totally alien to me.
