Ham IP addresses?

FWIW, many years ago, when here in Italy we were experimenting with packet and TCP/IP,
there was a national coordinator that assigned IP numbers to OM who requested one.

This is the beginning of an old list, where yours truly is also listed...
The last updating date is reported as being 1997.

I don't know whether it is still valid, or the numbers have been reassigned....
At that time it worked, I made a lot of packet TCP/IP QSO using my IP number.
But then I haven't anymore used packet radio (I don't even have anymore the modem/TNC).

First QSO in TCP/IP in Italy dates to October 5, 1987 Between I2KFX and I2BJS at 21:00 GMT.

If memory servers, 44 is the A-class domain, 134 is Italy, 160 is the region in Italy (Lombardia)
and 3 (in my case) is my personal number.
