200 picoseconds of drift per year, assuming it all slides the same direction.

Alinco has a new(ish) "hybrid" HF+6 transciever (Classic analog superhet
with integrated what looks to be quality 24/192k quadrature ADCs
after the last mixer with USB connectivity) but the thing most interesting
is provision for input from a GPS to discipline the Master Oscillator.
dunno if it has a 10MHz output but that would be nice.
