Coding for Radiogram

The VOA Radiogram project will be much in need of open-source 
applications on Android, iOS and such ARM-based OS platforms as Picuntu, 
Raspbian and Arch for ARM -- that will decode MFSK32.

Close to 50 broadcast test programs, and the input from participating 
monitors around the world, have pointed to that mode as the best 
compromise between speed and performance under marginal HF conditions.

Now it is time to get usable applications in development on all 
platforms. To date pretty much only fldigi has been used, which is much 
more complex and technical than what is needed for the listening public.
