Greetings and a new TV series

the episode I saw last night was quite remarkable.
how accurate the personal details are I don't know,
but the fundamental historical foundation is quite real
and i have no doubt the actual events were as "exciting"
as they were presented if not precisely as presented.
having been up-close-and-personal with the ATT-UCB Unix lawsuit,
i have no doubt as to the tactics used by IBM and their
phalanx of lawyers that showed up.

the "clean room" BIOS project is what made Compaq possible
and created the IBM-Compatible PC ecosystem, opposed to the
"Yeah, it runs MS-DOS but Foo, Bar, and Baz don't work" 
ecosystem.
