Can You Suggest An Email Provider Which Works Well With The Tacos Reflector?

Greetings All,
Andre, Thanks for your good advice about gmail.
Yesterday evening I opened my gmail account and was surprised how different it is from Yahoo. Gmail seems much more busy than Yahoo.
As I only want the email function, I wonder, if some of the other (non-email) stuff can be turned off.
Just now I subscribed to the Tacos reflector. Hopefully, I will soon be receiving posts from Tacos in my gmail account.
This Sunday, Aug 3rd, is the Berryville Hamfest.
Looking forward to seeing you (Andre & the other AMRAD people) there.
Best Wishes

For me, gmail works very
well.
The one thing you need to remember
is that, if you post something on Tacos with Gmail, the
posting emanating back from Tacos will NOT show up on your
gmail incoming mail, because Gmail recognizes the message
from Tacos being the same as the one you sent.
There is no work around for
that.
One great advantage of Gmail is
that there is practically no spam. (Gmail magically
gets rid of emails purporting to improve some of your body
parts, etc.)
Finally, all the mail you do not
discard will be stored in "the cloud" and you can
retrieve any mail message by typing the name of the subject
of the e-mail in the upper window, and the message will be
instantly retrieved.
One drawback is that if you were
one day working somewhere and there was no Internet
available, then you could not retrieve that message, or
that file.
Another drawback, I am told, is
that since Gmail keeps everything, if you were to have used
Gmail to correspond with someone, and you and that person
were later involved in a lawsuit, your opponent could easily
subject your Gmail account to discovery.

Greetings All,
For some time I have been having problems with Yahoo.
The problem is not only between Yahoo and the Tacos
reflector, but even between Yahoo and Yahoo Groups.
And there are other Yahoo issues as well.
It is my understanding that Yahoo is either impossible to
contact or next to impossible to contact---to get a real
person.
Evidently from what I have read, Yahoo has made various
changes which have resulted in problems for the end user.
So I am thinking of getting another email account with some
other email service provider.
Can any of you suggest a free email service provider which
works well with the Tacos reflector?
I would like to establish such an email account and use it
to receive email from the Tacos reflector.
Best Wishes
