   To me the video is just a man wearing a strange looking hat speaking 
in tongues. As for the, ahh ... whatever it is, it resembles the front 
end of an art deco train pulling an eyeball - or some weird nightmare 
like that. I guess symbolism /is/ in the eye of the beholder. In any 
case it'll make a nice hangout for pigeons.
