OrbSci ISS resupply #3 ends with booster failure

From the video, the vehicle made 5-10 vehicle lengths after liftoff and then the
booster seemed to split open from the bottom and the stack slid backwards
into the resulting fireball.
NASA TV has flight director audio loops and live video from Wallops pad site.
The Flight Director did say on the loop that the Cygnus payload module
contains classified crypto hardware so maintaining the physical security
of the site is a big issue.
The vehicle was unmanned and all ground personnel are safely accounted for.
