Batteries that last when you need them

One thing I do not think the article mentioned was guarantee.  Years ago 
I use to use Eveready batteries.  They would leak.  I konw as I lost a 
VOM this way, and a good one.  Today I only use Duracell as they have a 
guarantee to replace anything their batteries destroy. This is printed 
on the battery.  This works for me and I rest easy because of it.  YMMV.
