I've got a couple of declassified US Army reprint books from Amazon - one on explosives and one on improvised weapons. I know enough about chemistry to know they would work, although the later editions have edited out the instructions on how to make picric acid from aspirin. You wonder where Al Qaida learned how to make Improvised Explosive Devices? You taught them!
