Dear Lawrence

I'm a rare British AMRAD member who, by way of a series of highly improbable events, had the pleasure of meeting, and exchanging (largely humorous) e-mails with, your father over the last several years. I last shook hands and chatted with him during my visit to DC in August 2014. 

I know a little of his life story and it was a privilege to have known him. My sincerest condolences to you and your family.
