Caroline County 4-H wants to learn about Ham Radio !

Hello -

Good news.  The 4-H clubs down in Caroline County (I guess that is near 
the town of Bowling Green) have formed a "Technology 4-H Club" and some 
of what they want to get involved in learning about is Ham Radio.

Do any of our club members have any ham friends down in that neck of the 
woods ?

I would like to contact some hams or ham-clubs down there in Caroline 
County to see if they can help "elmer" and assist a local 4-H Technology 
Club ?

points of contact that can help with this 4-H club that is asking for help.

So glad to hear there is interest in Caroline County 4-H for ham radio.  
I am copying Terry McCarty, Kristin Saul and Clarence Meese on this 
e-mail so you might make contact with the three of them.  They, along 
with 4-Her, Gavin Saul, gave the Northern District Ham Radio 
presentation at our Northern District 4-H Meeting.  They know everything 
about conducting a ham radio project and can give you leads!  (Thanks to 
Kristin, Terry and Clarence for giving any direction to this request!).  
It is our hope that this focus on ham and itsâEUR^(TM) benefits to 
emergency preparedness spreads throughout 4-H and the stateâEUR¦.and 
further!
