Challenger Disaster

The last week of January has not been a good time for NASA.  It gets worse.

The Space Shuttle Challenger exploded during launch today (Wednesday) in 1986.  All seven on board were lost.  This one makes me angry because it occurred for publicity reasons.  They just had to get the teacher to space, and nothing else mattered.  I leave it to you to read the Wikipedia article.
