HI Rob,
I guess for general population odds likely near zero they have disabled
it. For AMRAD population I would hope that the odds are perhaps better
than even the feature is disabled. Especially given this discussion.
I certainly plan to disable it on the one test laptop I will use for
Windows 10. But then not likely I will make it over to your place. I
also do not use Outlook, Skype, or Hotmail. And best I can tell my
Facebook account ( which I do not use on my Win10 test laptop) is not
linked to any thing.
