Hi Terry
If you Google IEEE 1149.1 you will find multiple references including the spec as well as comments and explanations.

Subject: Need an old copy of the IEEE 1149.1 (JTAG) Boundary-Scan document
Hello -
As my research into how to debrick the BroadBand HamNet (BBHN) routers, it is becoming apparent to me that I need to understand exactly how this JTAG protocol actually works.
If anyone has an old copy (even if it is old and outdated) of the actual IEEE 1149.1 (JTAG) Boundary-Scan Standard/Specification (either hard copy or electrons) I sure would appreciate having it here in the shack to refer to.
Please advise.
