100th anniversary of a big hack

[Samudra Haque]

In the past few years, I have either seen a movie or read a book that
includes this vital event as one of its plot points. I can't seem to
remember either the name/plot, could any one help? It was a very big lead
up to some sort of scheme by the protagonists. But I am sure I didn't know
of this history before I saw the movie/read the book. ??
