RF Signal Generator Crowd Supply campaign

I just saw an interesting crowd sourcing campaign for an RF signal generator with some interesting characteristics https://www.crowdsupply.com/era-instruments/erasynth.  Definitely a higher priced risk for a campaign, but still much lower than comparable professional equipment.  I’m curious if anyone could point out any old HP/Agilent equipment that might be had on the market for around the same price with a comparable signal range and performance.
