tool suggestion to model a planar antenna element

Hi, for a creative project, I want to try to model a single planar metal 
sheet antenna (possibly rectangular in shape). In the system, this 
planar sheet antenna would be used in conjunction with a RF ground 
circuit trace connected to a healthy solid copper foil PCB layer as 
heavy as I can make it.

For RF engineeers in the Tacos community: What software tool/analytical 
method could I use to estimate the receive power and frequency response 
curves for such a shape? If it helps, the antenna element will be 
vertically affixed like a flag pole and the RF signals it detects would 
be coming from all corners.
