Cubic R2307 Control

Tacoistas,

I have a recently acquired Cubic R2307 receiver which is touted as the 
same as the R3030 except for the TNC rf connectors instead of BNC.

It seems to have different control logic for the front panel from that 
seen on the R3030.  It does not respond according to the R3030 manual. 
Not much information on a google search for the R2307.

Does anyone know what the control logic is for the R2307?

Also, the R2307 has stereo audio on the 1/4" headphone jacks.  Is anyone 
familiar with this?
