Anyone in DC/MD/Va with a micro-miniature solder setup

I've been trying to attempt to solder an (0402) sized 4.7 pF capacitor in
an Motorola MTX-9250 portable radio these past few weeks.

I simply don't have the proper tools and rather than destroy two radios (as
well as further blind myself) thought I'd call out to anyone in the
Washington DC Metro area who might that setup to help me out.
