AMRAD DNS is funky

Looks like none of the name servers are responding properly.  Probably because the primary name server, atanasoff.rf.org, does not seem to be responding in a timely manner.

It needs something. I keep getting reports on how the AMRAD page is sporadically unavailable for some reason.
