Fwd: [time-nuts] NIST

I complained. Not that it will do much good. Just hope they do not cut 
the towers down and dump the gear like they did with the Loran stations. 
And tried to do with HAARP.

Speaking of HAARP, I did pick up their WSPR tests. And got to visit the 
site last year.
