any AMRAD members with a <32 GHz analyzer?

Hi AMRAD, does anyone have a personal  (any type, any vintage) analyzer
and/or a counter that covers 24-32 GHz, and would you be open to a bench
test of a demo oscillator board? I'd like to venture in these high frequency
ranges for a few experiments to satisfy my curiosity in usage / pcb design
challenges.
