Fwd: AMRAD Technet

A reminder: the AMRAD Technical Net (TechNet) meets every Tuesday evening 

at 8 PM Eastern. Net members connect via Echolink. (If you don't know what that is, 

just Google it) and the net control is Sandy Sanders, WB5MMB in Texas. You

connect to the net by searching the Echolink application for supported repeaters in

Texas, where station WB5MMB is located.


You need to download the Echolink app (available for Windows, Android and 

Apple). Then you have to authenticate yourself as a licensed amateur by

sending the operators a copy of your license. This means you have to do some

preparation if you're not already an Echolink user.
