It looks as if QCWA has figured out how to send its members a one click link (apparently unique-per-user) that loads A NAKED PDF ripe for right clicking on to save or loading into Apple Books. You know, so you can read it on a plane or while camping or maybe even archive it for future perusal.

Not some kind of crummy web browser based reader. 

IEEE, are you taking notes?
