All,
ARRL has been informed that Science Applications International Corporation
(SAIC) is in the process of dismantling a 3.0M RX/O AZ/EL PRIME FOCUS
antenna with half shell deice and were wondering if hams would have any use
for it or know someone that would?
It is currently deployed at the National Weather Service’s NOAA Center for
Weather and Climate Prediction in Riverdale, Md and will be removed
sometime in March.
SAIC says they have no use for it and would like to see this used (instead
of recycled).
If you have any interest, contact Ed Hare W1RFI at ARRL to discuss
w1rfi at arrl.org
