LimeSDR isn't available until March 31, 2022 and is $315 from Crowd Supply.
I have no idea why these things are getting more expensive but I'd say it's
the same reason some chips are hard to come by and more expensive.
Another reason for the PLUTO is SATSAGEN

the cost.
