Where we have landed is:

Saturday we do virtual tacos via zoom. Folks who couldn't possibly join 
physically are there and it's a good thing.

Every other Wednesday evening or so we do physical tacos.

Given the consensus of everyone involved it's likely to stay this way 
for quite a while.
