I took Mark's advice and opened a ticket with Dominion and am confident that they got sufficient information into the ticket that Engineering will be able to take a look around for it.
Pretty sure there's nothing lower that it's visible on. The AM BCB is full of strong signals but I don't think it's hiding anything, and I don't see anything further down either. Super wide waterfall screen shots below. You can definitely see the harmonics going up the spectrum but I'm reasonably sure the "right around 3560" centered mess is the fundamental.
